Frequently asked questions - VR-C1

Who manufactures the VR-C1?
The VR-C1 is produced by vetted partner factories in the RJK MOBILITY supplier network. RJK MOBILITY is a sourcing and export partner, not a single-brand manufacturer: we coordinate production, quality inspection and export documentation, and you deal with one team instead of several factories.
Which certifications does the VR-C1 have?
The producing factory holds the following certifications covering the VR-C1: CE; FDA 510(k); ISO 13485; EN 12184; UN 38.3. Technical files and test reports are provided with the shipment.
Can the VR-C1 be shipped internationally with its battery?
Yes. The battery is UN 38.3 tested, the transport-safety test required for shipping lithium batteries. We arrange dangerous-goods-compliant packing and booking, and the battery test summary is included in the export documents.

Lithium battery and shipping

All models ship with UN 38.3 tested cells. Chairs are declared as UN 3171 (battery-powered vehicle) or UN 3481 (battery packed with equipment) depending on pack configuration - we book dangerous-goods lanes, never general cargo.
