FAQ for importers and distributors

Frequently asked questions

The questions importers, distributors and care providers ask us most often before placing a first order. If yours is not here, send it to us and we will answer it directly.

Are you a manufacturer or a sourcing partner?
We are a sourcing and supply partner, not a single-brand manufacturer. We work with a network of vetted Chinese wheelchair factories and act as your single point of contact: we compare models across those factories, coordinate production, arrange quality inspection and handle export documentation. You deal with one team instead of several suppliers.

Ordering and minimum quantities

What is the minimum order quantity for an electric wheelchair?
For regular orders we do not impose a fixed minimum order quantity, and different models can be combined in one order. Trial orders are welcome, so you can test the product and your market before committing to bulk quantities.
Can I start with a sample or a trial order?
Yes. Samples and small trial orders are a normal first step, and many of our buyers start that way. Tell us the model and configuration you want to test and we will quote it as a sample order.

Products and private label

Which types of electric wheelchairs can you supply?
Folding and portable power chairs, lightweight models, travel models with airline-compliant batteries, rehab configurations for clinical fitting, heavy-duty and bariatric chairs, plus manual wheelchairs and home care aids such as transfer chairs, shower chairs and rollators.
Can you supply models that are not listed on this website?
Yes. The models shown here are a starting point, not our full range. Because we source across a multi-factory network, you can send us a specification, a target price or even a competitor’s product and we will check which factories can supply it and come back with options.
Can the products carry my own brand and packaging?
Yes. Private label and OEM production are available: your logo on the chair and the carton, your packaging, your manual and your language on the labels. Confidentiality terms are agreed before any drawings or samples are shared.

Certification and market access

What certifications and documents do you provide?
The factories in our network hold CE, FDA (US Class II), ISO 13485 and EN 12184 for powered wheelchairs, and UN 38.3 for lithium battery transport. Shipments come with the technical file, test reports and labelling that your market authority asks for.
What do I need to import electric wheelchairs into the EU or the US?
Powered wheelchairs are regulated medical devices in most export markets. For the EU this normally means CE marking under MDR 2017/745, EN 12184 testing and an EU Authorised Representative; for the US, FDA 510(k) clearance, establishment registration and UDI. We confirm the exact list for your destination before the order is placed.
Can I inspect the goods before shipment?
Yes. Pre-shipment inspection is part of our standard process, and you or your own third-party inspector are welcome to check the goods in China before the container is sealed.

Logistics, payment and after-sales

How long does production and shipping take?
For regular orders of fewer than ten units we usually need around ten days; larger orders run about 45 days depending on the model and the quantity. Shipping time is quoted separately for sea or air freight to your destination.
How does payment work?
Payment terms are agreed per order and kept flexible. A first order normally starts with a deposit, with the balance settled before or against shipment. The exact split depends on the order size and how long we have worked together.
Who handles after-sales and spare parts?
We do. Spare parts, replacement batteries and technical questions are handled by the same team that took your order, so you are not passed back to a factory you never dealt with directly.
